Robots being launched by Rwanda to treat covid-19 patients
The various infected regions or countries have reported additional confirmed cases and deaths related to the virus.
Confirmed cases of coronavirus around the world have risen to 5,213,557.
This is according to the Johns Hopkins University in its latest update.
The University says global death toll stands at 338,248.
It stated in a post on its official website that the number of infected regions or countries remain 188.

Brazil saw spikes in its cases, recording over 20,000 new cases within 24 hours.
The new cases have made Brazil the country with the second-highest number of cases worldwide.
The US is still leading the global tally, with over 1.6 million cases.
India recorded some 6,000 new cases within 24 hours.
In Ghana as African Entertainment reported earlier, some 131 new confirmed cases have been counted, taking the West African nation’s tally to 6,617.
Also as reported earlier by African Entertainment, Nigeria’s tally has increased to 7,261, after it recorded 245 new cases as at May 22. It’s death toll stands at 221.
