Nigerian Afrobeat singer Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, known as Wizkid, will be performing on the Spider-Verse Soundtrack, also known as Metro Boomin’s Spiderman Soundtrack.
Wizkid will be performing alongside some of the top names in the music industry to release the soundtrack for the upcoming Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse film from Marvel.
Metro Boomin revealed through his Twitter page that Wizkid will appear as a guest feature on the upcoming Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse soundtrack after first revealing that he will be executive producing it.
This is a great feat for the Wizkid, who had recently performed as the main act at the Afro Nation Festival 2023 in Miami.
Metro Boomin on the 3oth of May 2023, made the announcement in a post through his Twitter page.
He had previously announced that other artists including Future, Don Toliver, and Offset, will be featuring.
This will be Metro Boomin and Wizkid’s third collaboration, following ‘Borrowed Love‘ (also featuring Swae Lee) and ‘Only You‘ (with Offset and J Balvin).
The Spiderman Soundtrack will be released on June 2nd.
