Watford captain, Troy Deeney, is expected to resume training with his teammates next week.
He had initially refused to train with the club due to coronavirus concerns.
The captain had explained that his primary concern is the health of his son, who we understand, was born prematurely and has breathing problems.
But in an interview with CNN Sports, the player says he was returning next week.
His decision, African Entertainment understands, follows a meeting he held with the UK Government’s deputy chief medical officer.
In the said interview, he noted that “I only said that I wasn’t going back for the first week.”
“People took that as I’ll never go back,” he added.
