You would recall a few weeks back, we brought you reports that Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie who is one of the sons of veteran thespian, Pete Edochie announced that he will be contesting for this year’s Anambra state governorship election.
While he made no attempt to reveal the party he will be contesting under their umbrella (although he dropped a poster), Yul took his fans by surprise yesterday with a series of videos of him filmed, lamenting the role of young people in Nigeria governance. In the trending video, an obviously upset Yul complains almost in tears, about how young people are relegated to the background and not allowed a say. If allowed a voice, he promises to change the fortune of his people. See videos:
