Speed Darlington, a Nigerian artist, has alleged that he was arrested by Burna Boy after making claims about the Grammy Award winner’s victory. According to Speed Darlington, he stated that Diddy used baby oil to facilitate Burna Boy’s Grammy win, which led to his arrest.
Burna Boy is reportedly seeking 1 billion Naira in compensation from Speed Darlington for the alleged damage to his reputation and lost business deals.
In a similar incident, Cubana ChiefPriest made a comparable statement, but instead of facing arrest, he became the target of Burna Boy’s philanthropic efforts. Burna Boy gave ChiefPriest’s cousin 50 million Naira and rented a house for his alleged baby mama, also offering to sponsor her son’s education at his football academy, worth over 20 million Naira.
