President George M. Weah has made additional appointments in the government, thus affecting the judiciary and the Governance Commission.
Those nominated in government are Cllr. Golda Bonah Elliott, Relieving Judge, and Cllr. Mameita Jabateh-Sirleaf, Resident Judge of Criminal Court D.
Also appointed by the Liberia leader today, January 28, 2023, was Atty. Garrison Doldeh Yealue, Jr., Chairman of the Governance Commission.
According to an Executive Mansion release, the nominations made on Saturday, January 28, 2023, are subject to confirmation by the Liberian Senate.
