Livingstone Etse Satekla, also known as Stonebwoy, the reggae and dancehall musician, has reviewed his altercation with Shatta Wale during the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards fracas.
He said that he has always been on the defensive, especially when challenged, in an interview with The Breakfast Club on the Power FM radio station in New York.
Therefore, the “gidigba” hitmaker said that he was not going to stand by as Shatta Wale and a crew attempted to ascend the VGMA platform when stonebwoy
received his award.
“Of course, I become defensive right away because we’ve been having this battle for years. “I have no idea where that came from, but that was how the sibling behaved when he was attacking everyone,” he added.
“To come on that platform and do anything was not something we were going to tolerate,” Stonebwoy said, “but if he came alone, then we could definitely understand.”
