He is one of the few high profile Liberians who have contracted the deadly virus.
Liberia’s Information Minister,
Lenn Eugene Nagbe, has contracted the deadly coronavirus.
The Minister made the announcement about his health status on Tuesday, after he was last seen in public on Thursday, April 23.
The announcement comes after Liberia’s Justice Minister, Frank Musa Dean, also tested positive for the virus.
Minister Nagbe is being treated at the 14 Military Hospital in Monrovia, Liberia.
Confirmed reports also say Liberia’s Deputy Police Director, Sadatu Reeves, has tested positive for the virus.
“I was informed last night by the health authorities that a second run of my specimen came out positive. I am now at the 14 Military Hospital. Be safe!!!,” Mr Nagbe announced.
