Ken Ofori-Atta Has Performed Better Than Seth Terkpe Who Couldn’t Solve Dumsor – Alhaji Aziz Soja

 

 

The Majority members of Parliament (MPs) from the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) side of the house demanding the dismissal of the Finance Minister is on worrying seeks of the man in question has performed extremely well than any other finance ministers.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with some selected media in kumasi, Chairman for the New Ghana Transport Union located at Kumasi Alabar, Chairman Alhaji Issah Soja was optimistic that Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta has been an excellent handler of the Ghanaian economy and, thus, sees no reason to sack him and ask why must he go.

According to him, he argued that the same Ofori-Atta was able to manage an IMF-programmed amidst of economy hardship that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) inherited from NDC in 2017 to become one of the fastest-growing economies in the world with an average annual growth rate of 7% as compared to Mahama led administration.

 

Mr. Aziz Soja charged Ghanaians and the Majority MPs in Parliament to leave Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta alone and must remember that the party loyalties will surely come after them come 2024 election.

 

He laments that Ken Ofori-Atta did not collect salaries or per diems in the four years he served in President Akufo-Addos first term, his role as the Finance Minister does not come with any financial incentives let him be.

 

Chairman Aziz Soja also been alleged that the NDC plotted the increase in oil prices in the market.

 

 

He said the NPP is not ready to handover power to the cheap selfish-styled John Dramani Mahama because they don’t know what he have at the flag staff house and to go and take it.

 

The government has performed extremely excellent and needs more years to transform Ghana and poised to break the eight syndrome.
