According to Forbes, Kanye West is the latest American rapper to join its billionaire’s list since JayZ.
In recent reports listed by Forbes, Kanye West’s wealth has reached a staggering $1.3 billion due to his customized basketball shoe line with Adidas.
The 42-year-old rapper reportedly sold his Yeezy footwear for $200 a pair in the US and other countries. Asides the sale of his famed footwear, the magazine also revealed that the rapper’s estates also make a huge part of the wealth.
West is officially the second American rapper to join the billionaire list since JayZ from last year.
