Ghanaian Actress Kafui Danku has lambasted telecom giant, MTN Ghana for allegedly terminating her VIP customer’s line of 17 years without any form of notification.
She made the allegation in her Facebook post sighted by www.africanentertainment.com.
In the post on her official Facebook page, the beautiful actress described MTN Ghana’s action as “absurd” and “unacceptable”.
She was therefore wondering if she should accept a birthday cake to her by MTN Ghana or she should return the cake for the “poor customer service.

Dear MTN Ghana
I’ve wanted to call you out for terminating a VIP customer’s line of 17 years without any form of notification, this is absurd and unacceptable! Frustrating!
I feel you’re somehow, discriminating among your VIP customers and many others I can’t state here.
It’s been so stressful trying to reactivate the number.
I’m highly disappointed to the extent that I don’t know if I should accept this cake whole heartedly or return it !
Why should a VIP customer be punished for no reason ?
Why should a customer be punished for the action or inaction of a service provider ?
