Hellen Ati, the woman at the center of a paternity dispute with celebrity barman Cubana Chief Priest, has made a heartfelt appeal to Imo State governor, Hope Uzodinma, to intervene in the matter.

Ati has been locked in a DNA battle with Cubana Chief Priest, who has neither accepted responsibility nor agreed to confirm the child’s paternity, despite repeated calls for a DNA test.

In an emotional Instagram post on Mother’s Day, Ati shared the struggles of raising her son alone in Kenya, citing financial difficulties and a lack of support from the alleged father. She urged Governor Uzodinma and his wife, Chioma Uzodinma, to use their influence to compel Cubana Chief Priest to take responsibility and undergo a DNA test.

I’m begging you, please @he_hopeuzodimma of Imo State, I need your help. Talk to Pascal Okechukwu a.k.a. Cubana Chief Priest to please help his son in Kenya and for the DNA to be done. @he_chiomauzodimma bikonu, the baby is struggling here in Kenya, no food or anything to feed the boy,” Ati wrote in her post.

The ongoing saga has sparked intense reactions on social media, with many calling for a resolution to the matter. Ati’s public appeal has shed light on the challenges faced by single mothers and the importance of paternal responsibilities.

Many are watching to see how Governor Uzodinma will respond to Ati’s appeal. Will his intervention be the catalyst for a resolution, or will the paternity dispute continue to drag on?
