Actress Lydia Forson has spoken out vehemently about hardship in Ghana.
In a post sighted by African Entertainment on her official Twitter handle, the tough-talking actress stated that “Girls are doing ashawo (prostitution. Boys are doing fraud.”
She asked “all to afford some car and rent?!
“Da funky???. What country is this that basic things have become a luxury?,” Ms. Forson quizzed.

Ghanaians have in recent months been protesting on social media about economic hardship under the watch of President Nana Akufo-Addo who prior to the 2016 Presidential election while in opposition at the time promised what former president Mahama called “heaven on earth.”
Costing of living has risen sharply, and celebrities including Efia Odo, John Dumelo, Lydia Forson who been embarking on the #FixTheCountry campaign online.
