The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission of Nigeria has donated one of the buildings forfeited by embattled former minister of petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke, as an isolation centre.
According to The Cable, the commission’s Lagos zonal head, Mohammed Rabo offered the building as part of its social responsibility to support the government’s fight against coronavirus.
The building which was forfeited back in 2017 following a High Court order, consists of six flats of three bedrooms and a boys’ quarter. it was handed over to Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Friday, May 15.
