Ghanaian Rapper Sarkodie has said people in Ghana are of the habit of not going for medical check-ups even when they have fallen ill.
According to him, this way of living is wrong.
He noted that as a result of this, the possibility of Ghanaians walking around with the coronavirus disease is on the high.
He made this know whiles educating his followers on Twitter.
“Reality is: Back home alot of people rarely go for check-ups even when seriously sick ..we just know we will b fine but we dead wrong .. so I can only imagine the no. Of people with virus still walking around .. guys it’s way serious than we think pls #StayHome,” He said.
The CEO of Sark Nation has however, urged people to obey the directives of President Nana Akufo-Addo and stay home as this will help reduce the spread of the deadly virus, Covid-19.
Meanwhile, during a press briefing today, the Minister of Health, Kwaku Agyemang Manu revealed that the total number of confirmed cases has risen to 195, with total number of deaths at 5 and 3 recoveries.
