Many South Africans have expressed concern over renowned rapper Zola 7’s well-being in recent months.
The well-known TV host vanished from the spotlight, but he quickly resurfaced after being seen looking pale and ill.
Ever since, a slew of South African celebrities stepped forward to lend a hand, while ordinary citizens have donated to assist restore the rapper’s previous grandeur. Their assistance appears to be making a difference in Zola‘s life.
Zola 7’s has appeared to be making a return to what he does best. The rapper took to Twitter and shared his experience after he performed at Kwaito Legends Festival at the Bears Palace in Mpumalanga.
“I went through a whole roller-coaster of emotions over the past 2 days I spent in Mpumalanga. I laughed, cried, smiled and was overwhelmed by all the love shown to me. Thank you for everyone who played a role in making this possible. Ngiyabonga! #namanje.” Wrote Zola in a Twitter post.

In a recent interview he did with Metro FM’s Khutso Tseledi and MoFlava, the rapper took his time to show gratitude and thanks to everyone who put their hands to assist him. The rapper has stirred positive reactions from his fans who are so pleased to see him performing at events following his dire health state.
