Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars’s collaborative track, “Die With A Smile, has achieved a remarkable feat, setting a new Spotify record. Since its late August release, the song has soared to the top of global Spotify charts, now becoming the fastest track ever to reach 2 billion streams on the platform.

Adding to its list of accomplishments, the pop anthem also secured a place in Hot 100 history, becoming the 1,177th number-one song in the chart’s 66-year history. This marked Lady Gaga’s sixth and Bruno Mars’s ninth chart-topping hit.

According to Billboard data, the single has surpassed 1 million units sold in the US and exceeded 2 million units nationwide. Further solidifying its success, “Die With A Smile” was honored with the Best Duo Collaboration award at the 2025 GRAMMY Awards.
Looking ahead, Lady Gaga is preparing to release her highly anticipated album, “Mayhem,” which is set to drop on March 7th.
