Nigeria has recorded 245 new confirmed cases of coronavirus.
Deaths related to the virus in Nigeria have also climbed to 221.
The Nigeria Center for Disease Control made this known in a tweet around 10:35pm on Friday, May 22, 2020.
According to the Center, total confirmed cases are now 7261.
Some 2007 persons have been discharged, it says.
