Soccer fans may still have to wait a little longer to see a return to action of the English Premier League.
This is because The Independent has reported that the Premier League has discussed the possibility of playing out the remainder of the season in June and July.
But the remaining games, according to the Premier League may not be played under “normal circumstances with packed stadiums.”
The games are reportedly going to be played in some sort of quarantined, controlled, coronavirus-free environment.
Reports say players, staff, officials and referees would be tested for coronavirus before the games.
The Premier League has been suspended due to the coronavirus outbreak in the UK.
Liverpool is topping the league table and expected to be crowned after two of the remaining 10 or so matches.
