Scarlet Were, Miss Universe Kenya who emerged top six at the pageant, has teamed up with American company, Celfie Cosmetics to launch her self named lipstick line, “Scarlet Were”.

Since her successful performance at the Miss Universe pageant, she has continued to project herself as a formidable brand in the modelling and beauty industry. Scarlet is now extending her reach beyond Africa to the international market.

Through my newly established “Shades of Life Foundation” which is a dream towards a drug free society, my lipstick line Scarlet Were collection by Celfie Cosmetics will soon be available and the proceeds from each purchase will be a direct contribution towards raising funds on behalf of poor families that are unable to afford to pay for their loved ones’ rehabilitation and medication services….Addiction is but an illness that can be countered not only through the much rehabilitation services and medication, but through common good, love, kindness and extending that helping hand, wrote Scarlet
