Take it from us, the angels in heaven gave a shout of joy today as Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh and her estranged husband, Olakunle Churchill set aside their numerous differences to show love to their son; King who will turn two tomorrow.
We say this emphatically as for months now, the former lovebirds have taken to social media to call out each other on charges ranging from infidelity to domestic violence (both parties) and gross misconduct with videos to prove.
You would recall thatTonto Dikeh repeatedly dragged her now divorced husband on social media even claiming she paid for her bride price all to the entertainment of Nigeria’s social media savvy lot so It sure comes as a surprise that the couple would be in the same space with so much smiles as though cupid was throwing arrows of love straight at their hearts especially as barely weeks ago, Churchill filed a lawsuit halting Tonto’s reality TV show.
However, Churchill just took to Instagram to share some beautiful pictures with Tonto Dikeh at their son’s party which held at his kindergarten school in Abuja this afternoon. King Andre will officially turn two tomorrow.
These are definitely the most adorable photos you will see on your timeline today!
Barely 24 hours ago, South Africa swore in a new President and much more than the excitement of this news, South Africans have been buzzing about the portfolio of the news First lady; Dr Tshepo Motsepe.
Unlike most of her predecessors, Dr Tshepo has an impressive academic portfolio which many believe would be very beneficial to the South African health sector.
A graduate of Harvard, Dr Tshepo ( A practicing medical practitioner) got her first degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with a Bachelors of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. In Harvard School of Public Health, she got herself a Masters of Public Health degree in Maternal Child Health and Aging.
South Africa ‘s first lady has been linked to a number of notable non profit organisations in pursuit of her vision to impact the lives of young children through education. Some of which include:
African Self Help Trust (ASHA) – Current chairperson
South African Civil Society for Women’s, Adolescents and Children’s Health (SACSoWACH) – Patron

The Billionaire humanitarian comes from a long line of family wealth with her younger brother being Patrice Motsepe, South Africa’s first black billionaire. Known to love her privacy, Mrs Ramaphosa ensures that her family is interestingly out of the media. The first citizens (Cyril Ramaphosa and Tshepo Motsepe) have 3 children together; two sons- Andile and Tumelo and a daughter who has successfully kept herself out of the media.
What’s more interesting especially for South Africans is at that unlike the previous president, Jacob Zuma, Tshepo is President Cyril’s only wife as opposed to Zuma’s five wives.
Cyril Ramaphosa’s tenure is filled with so much hope especially with Tshepo Motsepe as his better half!
Can we call the recent scandal revolving around Tanzanian singer, Diamond Platnumz the last straw that broke his long time partner, Zari Hassan ‘s back. It appears so as while the world celebrated lover’s day yesterday, the socialite shared a not so shocking news with her fans.
She took to social media to announce the end of her relationship with the Tanzanian star who is also father to two of her kids. She shared:
It might interest you to know that this comes barely weeks after Diamond was dragged to court by his baby mama Hamisa Mobetto for not paying child support for his son. Understandably, Zari is expressing her hurt but if we know this couple like we do, they would be getting back together in no time.
While we keep our fingers crossed, we went perusing Diamond’s page hoping to find even the subtlest response. We announce disappointingly that the singer has no response to Zari’s breakup post. Yet!
According to the prophesy shared by now famous prophet, Cosmos Walker Affran,
The nation is about to be thrown into nationwide mourning as he sees death hovering around Shatta.
It appears that Shatta did not take the latest prophetic threats lightly and as expected went on a social media rant. This time, however, he goes a bit hard on the so called fake pastors who go about trying to live the flashy lifestyle and get their powers from unmentionable places.
In addition, the singer threatened that unlike most of other Ghanaians, he would not take the prophesies lightly and if by December, 2018, he does not make the nonreturnable journey, he would in turn burn down churches in Ghana. This solemn promise he made with the condition of return being that the Ghanaian president begs him. See video:
If we know Shatta like we do, this is probably another drug influenced threat which will have no energy but for the one put in making it of course. The video has however caused a bit of a national debate with many Ghanaians calling his bluff.
Reports reaching us confirm that 20 year old Ghanaian singer, Ebony Reigns is dead. The young and boisterous dancehall singer who would have turned 21 next week (16 February) died on Thursday night after being involved in a ghastly auto crash after a visit with her family members in the Ashanti region.
According to reports making the round, Ebony Reigns and all the five occupants of an SUV died after colliding head on with a VIP bus in Ahafo Ano South, a region also in Ashanti. Ebony and two other occupants died at the accident site while the remaining two occupants died upon arrival at the hospital.
We hear that Ebony was making her way back to Accra as she prepared to visit America in a few days.
Since the report of her death, the internet especially Twitter has gone wild with celebrities dropping tributes. One of such which has drawn a lot of attention is a Tweet shared by Gospel singer, Sonnie Badu who claimed that some persons are finally happy that she is no more. see Tweet:
Of interest is the fact that before her death, Ebony’s lifestyle was condemned by most sanctimonious Ghanaians who felt she was a little too wild for comfort.
Her style of exposing some body parts also did not sit well with some Ghanaians. Amidst all the hate, Ebony born Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng had quite a successful career in her brief but memorable existence.
See last video shared with her family before setting out to her untimely demise:
Sources have dropped reliable gist that Tanzanian singer, Diamond Platnumz might be facing some rock hard lawsuits as his baby mama, model, Hamisa Mobetto is suing him for child support.
According to the reports, Hamisa who welcomed a son for Diamond late last year has dragged the singer to Children’s Court Dar Es Salaam for not paying Child support for two months.
In addition to the lawsuit, Hamisa is asking through her lawyers; Abdhulla Zulu and Walter Goodluck of Century Attorneys and Co-Advocates for a public apology for what she claims are defamatory comments made by Diamond during a recent interview with Clouds FM when he broke news that he was responsible for Hamisa’s baby.
You would recall that Diamond implied that Hamisa wouldn’t let him go despite knowing he was married to Zari. He continued that he told her he did not want the affair to be public but she went ahead to blow things up to the media.
The reports of the lawsuit however comes as a shocker as Platnumz also revealed in the interview that he has continued to support his son, Abdhul Naseeb and baby mama by giving her a daily allowance of KSh3,130 and even buying her a brand new Toyota Rav 4 worth KSh 800,000.
To confirm today’s court appearance, Hamisa shared a photo on Instagram earlier today dressed in the same attire shown in the viral photo with a dollar bag emoji.
