South Korean’s 40th bilateral anniversary
First of its kind, the South Korean Embassy in Ghana recently held a cooking contest in Accra to celebrate their culture in Ghana. The event took place at the Le Must Restaurant at the Accra Mall and was attended a number of dignitaries including Ghanaian and Korean nationals; and was to mark South Korean’s 40th bilateral anniversary in Ghana.
Entertaining enough, the weekend’s timeout had Ghanaian chefs who are experienced in cooking Korean type of dishes took part in the cooking activities, while the general public sampled the variety of dishes which were presented in a buffet style.
Grace Ezi won the best cook prize after the contest. Sarah Amankwah and Stanley Agbofa won second and third respectively. Ama K. Abebrese hosted and Okyeame Kwame rocked the patrons that were present.
